Reignite is a creative advertising agency based in Vienna that helps companies make their brands visible and make marketing smarter – with strategy, creativity, and artificial intelligence.
To ensure our team runs smoothly in the background, we are looking for reliable and organized back-office support.
Your tasks
- General administrative and organizational activities
- Supporting management in day-to-day business
- Maintenance and management of customer data and documents
- Preparation of invoices, offers and contracts
- Coordination of appointments and internal communication
- Support with internal projects and agency processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, HAS, office clerk or similar)
- Initial experience in back office, assistance or administration
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Good MS Office and general IT knowledge
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Organizational talent with a friendly, professional demeanor

The gross salary for this full-time position starts at EUR 2,700.00 gross. Depending on qualifications and experience, an additional payment is possible.
